MPERC - Schedule of Hearing (September- 2021)
 

21/09/2021

1)  Due to Covid – 19 outbreak, the Commission has decided to hold the hearing through Video-conferencing.

2)  The hearings shall be held using “Cisco WebEx” as a video conference platform.

3)   Please download “Cisco WebEx” Application on your PC/Laptop/Mobile. Minimum bandwidth from your internet service provider shall be 2mbps.

4)  The hearing shall commence from 11.00 AM on 21 September' 2021.

5)  Petitioners/Respondents shall provide the relevant e-mail ID’s, Mobile Nos. and other relevant electronic coordinates of the presenting advocates well in advance but not  later than 20 September' 2021, through e-mail on official email of Secretary (secretary@mperc.nic.in) of the Commission.

6)  If the Petitioners/Respondents have any  difficulty  to attend  the  hearing to be held on 21st September' 2021, they may inform on the official email of Secretary (secretary@mperc.nic.in) of the Commission latest by 4.00 pm of 20th September' 2021. The Commission shall consider the adjournment of their cases.
